Too often therapists put clients into boxes due to a presenting concern such as addiction. This leads to a one-size fits all treatment plan that is the same for everyone, missing important nuances that can have a profound impact on therapy. At Mana, we appreciate that everyone has a different story and different preferences. We are person/individual-centered to the core and we work with our clients to create an individualized treatment plan that works for them, while fostering their sense of agency and choice in the therapeutic process.
